The beds and rooms were comfortable. However there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Additionally we were not able to get ahold of the shuttle service on the night of our stay and had to pay for an uber in addition to the hotel even though it was supposed to be a 24 hour shuttle. I called numerous times and was transferred to the shuttle personnel who did not pick up.

The hotel was a nice enough airport hotel with all the facilities you’d expect. The airport shuttle though, what a nightmare. Due to the government shut down they were so many people trying to get on transfer buses with vouchers to hotels. Our driver insisted we got off at the Holiday Inn as apparently the Radison was now fully booked and could no longer take our booking. When trying to check into the Holiday Inn, we were told we then had to go to the Radisson as that’s where the booking was being held. Also, the fact that you had to go from the international airport to the domestic airport to then get a transfer bus? All seems very odd.

Nice location with respect to airport but getting a little "long in the tooth". Hot water never really got hot, was more lukewarm. Bathtub had been reglazed and it was obvious. Rooms would have benefited from ceiling lights.
