It’s in the flight path of the airport and the location isn’t conducive to anyone that wanted to walk to get food. We had a vehicle but just thinking about others who may not.

Our stay was ok. The lobby area was nice but the roo. Not so. The sofa bed was filty and stain look like they got it from a flea market. All the room furnishings looked second hand. No microwave. Towels were slightly dingy and not soft at all.

when we arrived to the hotel they didnt have lights due to a storm. When trying to speak with the staff they were all over the place cause everyone was out in the lobby questioning them. when I finally was able to get to the desk to ask them about the situation atbhand of no lights all they asked was if I still wanted to check in, Inwas like it dark in the hotel I can see anything can't evem charge my phone which meeded to be due to us traveling all day and flights beign delayed due to storms, and missing the last flight out of ATL airport to Cancun, We just wanted to bath and get some for a few hours till it was time to get up the next morning for our flight. I asked will my card be charged due to them not have lights and me not getting to check cause I was going to other hotel, they assured me I wouldnt be charged but guess what they charged me anyway. When I inquired about it they told me I booked a none refundable room on Expedia. How is that when you all didn't have electricity for well more than a hour I know for sure cause thats how long I was in there lobby trying to find another hotel to go stay that had lights, the lights were still not on when I left the hotel over a hour later so I just lost $120.00 room charge

The room was not as advertised. There was no wifi, the phone in the room didn’t work and no one came and cleaned the room daily. You had to request it be cleaned and they would only do it every third day.

The lobby area was nice and updated but the rooms were not. Old bed and sofa in my room. Wall art was thrown on the walls. I’m not sure if I was missing a shower door or not. It was just a piece of glass there, without a closure. Very outdated rooms

Long long wait to check in

The line for check in was wrapped around the lobby. It took 45 minutes for me to get to the desk to check in. It was a late check in, probably around 11pm.
