Hotel is clean, conveniently located near the airport. Captive audience prices in the restaurant bar area. Bartenders in the evening are nice. I would stay again.

It’s a great transit hotel; provides back and forth free shuttle service that’s a huge plus(but only to and from domestic terminal). Nothing close by, or walkable, in terms of food or other shopping.

The hotel rooms and hallways were dirty. The bathroom had pee on the toilet and floor, and linen had makeup stains and hair all over it.

Convenient and easy place to leave your car is safe and secure parking lot at a reasonable rate. Hotel rooms were spacious but bars. First room did not have shelf in the bathroom for any shampoo or Wall. Only three pillows for a king size bed both times we stayed there. Restaurant in service staff was very good and reasonable with large portions.

I was charged separately for everything. From parking, to morning coffee, to a spare toothbrush ($3!). Staff had no customer service skills. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in my life and have never been so disappointed. Nor have I ever given this negative a review. I will never stay at a Radisson again.
