Convenient

I have stayed in this hotel more than once. It is a convenient location for those flying or picking someone from the airport. They don't serve free breakfast. Instead, you pay for breakfast (it has a menu). Parking is free (at least for me - frequent Hotel.com user).

Quick and easy airport hotel

Really nice airport hotel. I was able to do a quick refresh, nap, and grab a glass of wine. Check in and check out was easy and convenient and the shuttle was quick and on time. Everything you could want out of an airport hotel really. The WiFi didn’t work though but I was too tired to care.

Downgraded with no apology or discount

I called the night before AND the morning of stay to verify room - a King suite with accessible roll-in shower. I let them know it was my birthday celebration. They transferred me to reservations and tried to get me to reserve directly with hotel and not use hotels.com. I arrived later than expected - around 6 pm instead of 3. My room was no longer available; they gave it to someone else. They put me in a queen suite. I insisted on being moved to a King. They did not have a King Suite but gave me a regular King room (MUCH further from the elevator, despite my handicap) with a stand-up shower. The shower had a grab-bar, but it was poorly positioned - having to walk a couple of feet on a slippery surface before getting close enough to grab bar. I was not offered a refunded portion even though I was downgraded. The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower was treacherous for someone who is a fall risk. The staff was polite.

The property was overall your average hotel. There is not much to do at the actual location, but with a rented car you can make it anywhere. The food is pretty good, and at a decent price. House cleaning is not offered daily, unless you request it so anything that gets ran out of will need to be asked for at the front desk.
