Beautiful Hotel, room was amazing (upgraded to a suite) with a large patio looking out on the Bosphorous, amazing bedroom with views. The staff and concierge were top notch. The breakfast had a vast selection of options to accomodate everyone. The concierge (Kaan)went above and beyond - hit 5/5 on restraunt reco.mendations and helping plan our days, offering tourist suggestions and shops to visit.

The hotel location is in the heart of Taksim square. Easy walking to all the shops and Mosque. The rooms are beautiful, all new and modern. I loved the rain showerhead in the bathroom. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Candan and all the guest services staff helped us plan our days for the best tours, shopping , and restaurants.
