Less water in the sink

First night we got to the hotel our bath tub had slow flow of water and we called it in. You could see corners and edges were not properly cleaned in the restroom. We had to call in for soap because it was not filled when they cleaned the room . Break fast was very poor, coffee machine was broken , pancake machine was broken , bagel with raisin was stale, fruits on the second day was bad, a lot of people kept throwing away their food. The lady working most morning need to look cleaner working in and around food. The road leading to the hotel was bad they were fixing it ,majority of the time uber drops off and we had to walk down, I assume they didn’t report it as road closure .

WATER WAS SHUT OFF DUE TO ISSUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. WAS NO COMMUNICATION WITH TRAVELERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. NEVER GOT MY REFUND. THEY WERE RUDE PHONES DID NOT WORK. Had to go to AIRPORT TO USE REST ROOMS. COULD NOT FLISH TOILETS. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great Breakfast!

Check in was quick. Room and bed were comfortable. Hot breakfast was awesome!! Only drawback was that there is no restaurant in or near the hotel.
