Convenient and clean

The room was clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the fact that it was very quiet, despite being so close to the airport. The free breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food offered. Our only disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed for the season, even though it was very hot.

The first room, the air conditioner didn’t work and the second room the air conditioner barely works. The swimming pool looked nasty as heck. We were looking forward to a dip. All the information for catching the shuttle from the airport is incorrect. It was very difficult to catch the shuttle. It was recommended. We walked to the neighboring restaurant that’s next to the jail for dinner. I really don’t think that is something to recommend to your customers. Maybe your shuttle should be more available so they don’t get robbed or murdered

Customer service and breakfast needs improvement.

The breakfast closed extra early or 2nd day there. The reason for staying at a location that had full breakfast. So we had cold continental food. The trays needed to help carry food to your room was in an unmarked drawer instead of out in plain sight. Late shift clerk could have been more enthusiastic instead of giving off the do not bother me vibe. Clean hotel.

The room was decent but carpets in rooms and hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. You have to pay to park your vehicle to stay at the hotel and parking should be free to hotel guests. I didn’t like that.
