We were told one thing about deposit 25 if holding it on card and 100 if in cash. When we arrived it was 100 no matter which method of payment. We get into the room just for it to already be torn down like a motel not a hotel. The pictures completely defeating. The hot water never worked at all for showers, the window you couldn’t even see out of it, the tub looked like a dog clawed it, the carpet ripped and lifted in edges and corners and they breakfast was half cooked or not ever enough. Free breakfast was plentiful and filling . Lots of choices . Except for the sister eatery next door at the. Raddison, there are no restaurants near the College park location. It would require an Uber or a delivery if you want to get lunch or dinner. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and well kept. The only draw back was the lack of a restaurant.

This hotel came to my rescue after the nightmare that I checked into before choosing to leave, that same night. clean room, staff, amenities all stood out to me, simply because that’s all I wanted but without having to pay an arm and a leg for it. I was only in town for a short stay visiting my mother and at the end of the day I just wanted to lay my head down on a clean bed, inside of a clean room. Holiday Inn Express gave me all of that, with secure parking and free breakfast. Thank you for that.
