The room was good and the staff most courteous. Unfortunately there were empty food trays (with scraps) left on the flor outside the lifts for considerabke time. Also have used the Ascot Resturant every tine we have stayed and this time was not up to it's usual high standard. The prices are up but the standard isn't

We chose to stay here because we had a morning flight the next day. It is also convenient to catch the free shuttle to terminal 2. We were given a room at low level facing the road so you can still hear noise even at midnight. The room was small & basic but stay was comfortable. Staff was polite and we appreciated the early check-in.
