I arrived quite late at 11pm and had an early flight so I was hoping to get as many hours sleep as possible but the extremely loud noise of the air conditioning unit kept me awake for the entire night so this made my stay extremely unsuitable

Basic but clean

Very basic hotel within walking distance of the airport. Nice and clean, bathroom was very clean. Rooms very large Hotel in general including rooms could do with a lick of paint

The hotel is basic, but it’s in a great location near the airport. Check-in was super easy and quick, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has dining options next door. Krispy Kreme’s, McDonald’s and KFC. They also provide a shuttle bus that runs every 40 mins to domestic and international for $12.00, otherwise you can walk 10 mins, depending on your luggage.

There were not enough people checking customers into the property. The queue had more than 12 people in it with one person at the desk. Also, the key card to the room did not work and I had to wait a long time for someone to come up to let me into my room.

We tried desperately to get in touch and could not do so. When we did you get there the room was a tiny box. You could not open blind to look out window as it was cable tied shut. Too tiny.Bathroom so small you had to stand in shower to brush teeth and use basin. There was a sign to say if the fire alarm was triggered by any means, even steam from shower, you would be charged an exorbitant amount even though it is not your fault the bathroom could set off alarm.

A lovely hotel, rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. It is less than a very easy 10 minute walk from Sydney domestic airport which is signposted all along the road. McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme doughnuts are next door. It is about a 15 minute walk from mascot train station but is definitely walkable, however we booked an Uber as we had luggage. Great hotel for an overnight stay.
