Stayed in July last year with a friend and had to request different bedding as the sheets had a large yellow pooled stain that looked like urine. Gave the benefit of the doubt then and stayed one night. When I opened the curtains upin arrival, the made bad had faint yellow stains on the bedding. Upon arrival, lined up for quite a while onky to be asked to check in via the kiosk. The signage indicated this was only if booked directly through the hotel, which I didn't. I had left my suitcase there earlier that morning ahead of the 2pm check in and advised I didn't want to have to line up again to get my ticket. I checked myself in and then had to line up again. I was told to collect my bag from the storage room only to find, it wasn't in the room and was by the reception desk. An all round lousy experience. I travel frequently for work and leisure and woukd not recommend staying here.

The location of the property was very good. Our issue was the my wife and I noticed bug bites on our arms and legs after staying, with mine being worse. We messaged the property through Expedia and email and no response after more than 4 days. Most disappointed in lack of any response.

Great check in check out

Centrally located, friendly staff, great breakfast, trendy restaurant on site. There is no room wifi and the wifi can get a little slow during busy periods if you are planning to rely on it for work.

Other than the noise late at night from the room next door with slamming cupboards and the central heating being hard to use, it was a great place, comfy bed, friendly helpful staff, the room service was delicious and location was accessible to where we wanted to go
