The property was always good and easily accessible; however, there was a problem with the lifts not running after a few days of our visit, and it stayed the same until we left.

The hotel not realy 4 star its maximum 2 the toilet is very bad toilet seat is cracked and very old they the plastic was melted from the long time use they didnt change it from long time. its room nu 525 I was very dissapointed from the room the extra bed was not checked and cleand for somtimes, and the entry condition to the sports club should be changed if you checked in you dont have to proov to the sports club everytime that you going to the hotel some of the club staff very rude and racist they asked rudly if you regesterd or not one of the sports club confronted my wife for her regestration and i didnt get information from the reciption that every adult must be regestered i v been moore the 25 country this is the worst 4 star hotel i stayed. on some hotel in other countries was 2 or 3 stars much better condition

It honestly had a 3-star hotel vibe. The walls in the room were damaged, with scratches and paint missing from most of the room doors in the hallway. The carpet in the rooms looked as if someone had spilled chips on the floor, which frustrated my OCD. The low-flow toilets were embarrassing; I had to flush 4 times. The furnishings in the bathroom had been patched and repaired. The shower had patches of discolouration in the corners. Though I did enjoy the shower, the water flow and temperature were nice. The staff were uninterested during check-in. Perhaps I got someone who was new or having a bad day, but they seemed disorganised. Staff at check out made a positive impression though. The breakfast and club facilities were excellent and did most of the heavy lifting for the rating.
