If you like to live in a shoe box, then this hotel is for you. $400p/night for one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. No thank you, never again. There is so much better value in Sydney

The staff were average and so were the rooms. The breakfast staff were indifferent. I will never stay there again. I lost my car key, so I tossed everything in the bedroom. The guy in reception wanted me to stay in that room for the rest of the night until I insisted he give me another room. He tried to tell me the system was down.

Great location and clean room. However no real customer service. Phone wasn’t working, told them but it was never replaced. Asked for pen and paper as nothing in room, it never came. When checking out didn’t even ask how our stay was. Robots.
