I had booked for a service animal intentionally as I just broke up with my boyfriend 2 days before going on a family trip that my dad payed for.... and he moved all of my stuff into storage/ so I collected my dog and by the time I got back to the "boutique hotel" there was no one as reception so they left a key in the letterbox.... then woke me up after a 10 hour flight at 9am and said I couldn't have my service animal? Completely disappointed in this hotel and I would not recommend it to ANYONE. Lots of love @jaydeturnerledwidge

The room was small but alright. The bed sank a bit too much. There was a creepy man standing in front of the hotel at night. The wall and the door are thin. Given the price it was not the best choice but it was OK.

The Property was very clean and well presented. A Great location for us with easy access to cafes, restaurants and public transport. The only thing that we didn’t like was the street noise in the front room. The traffic was constant and light to medium sleepers would be disrupted. The room could do with better sound proofing. I am sure the all other rooms would be much better. Other than this the rest of the venue was great.

the room was lovely good size and clean. bed was very comfortable, i liked that the room.had a sink. the shared bathroom was right outside door and i never had to wait. i arrived late and they hat the key ans instructions in lock box. The laundry was convenient ans.the kitchen was good for utensils although i didnt cook

Beautiful guest house

Check in was a breeze as was parking. We arrived after hours, everything went so smoothly and was just as instructed via email Our ensuite room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for our purpose, and very quiet. The Alison is a beautiful building. Only negatives were nowhere to hang towels in the ensuite, no hand towel provided.

The room was small but suited my purposes. Great location. I stayed 3 nights & while the shared bathroom was between approximately 6 people I believe I never once had to wait to use it & it was always stocked & clean. Great set up!

Great place to stay, v clean and stylish. Friendly staff too. Fantastic value for money. The shared bathroom worked well even though I wasn’t sure when booked. V clean and lots to use. Easy access to Sydney CBD and beaches. I’d definitely go back.

Location great. Needs proper housekeeping services they didn't fix bed properly and cups were still dirty. Is not that cheap considering you have to share a bathroom. Shared kitchen is convenient with coin operated laundry facilities also. $7 surcharge if you pay through hotel keep in mind which should be stated before paying.

Great location room clean upon check in. However housekeeping only tidied up very roughly. Bed wasn't made properly, cups weren't clean. Dirty towels weren't removed and we had to ask for more bath matts. Hotel charged $7 surcharge which wasn't mentioned to me when taking out funds over phone.

Only issue was that the remote control was a bit old and the TV so was hard to change channels. Plus sadly the lamp stopped working on the first night. Apart from that, enjoyed my stay.
