Good location - accessible by bus and lots of dining options nearby, but in a quiet neighbourhood.
The extra touches such as the welcome snacks and power adaptor were very appreciated! The communal kitchenette and washing machines were also nice to be able to use.
The drain in our shower didn’t seem like it was big enough to drain fully/properly when showering, so the floor got quite wet and slippery. The A/C wasn’t working one of the nights we were there, but I think it had been called in for maintenance. The ceiling fan helped to cool the room down.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating!
Beautiful building with a leafy garden. Kind staff. Tru to request a room with a bay window view, I thought I had booked the queen room with the window views but it ended up being a clean and nice room with little day light as my window had a building opposite.pleasant stay, would boom again

The hotel is nice and happy to stay. Rember to bring toothbrush, toothpaste etc, as every item will be charged.
The property was beautiful, quiet, and very clean, but I was disappointed with my stay. I had pre-checked in, but I was delayed in arriving, eventually getting there about 8:15pm so I needed to use the key box. There was a key in the there but it had a different name on it so I had to call for help and wait some time before this mistake was sorted.
I had booked a premium queen room but was given a twin room with single beds and firm mattresses. It was uncomfortable. Because it was late and there was no one on site to help I couldn’t ask for this to be fixed.
The aircon didn’t do much but eventually cooled my room. I relied on the fan but this clicked loudly on medium and high settings so could only use it on low. I slept under a single sheet in the end.
I was not warned that my room would be up three flights of stairs (no lift). I was grateful to only have hand luggage this time.
On street parking at night was impossible and I ended up parking 500m from the hotel and walking back.
