For being above a pub it was very very quiet. Access was easy especially when you are visiting someone at the hospital and just need a quick feed and bed.

Love staying here! Rooms are beautiful. Always nice and clean with everything you need. Bistro food is fantastic. Love the vibe and decor of the pub. Light rail stop is right there and walk to the beach. Plenty of coffee/brekky options close by. Staff are always so helpful and friendly

It is within easy walking distance of the Randwick light rail to get to the city or other connections. There are plenty of eating options in the vicinity of the hotel including it own dining room. The room required maintenance as both over bed lights did not work and TV was not working on our first night stay. Fixed when it was reported the following morning, although the TV was not able to receive free to air stations.

I visited the Hotel last Friday to meet up with friend who I served with when in the Army. I found the Hotel to be comfortable and is popular in the area of Randwick, which I was told it had been renovated over time. The light rail is very convenient to use with it being only 100 metres away. If you're looking for a place to stay I recommend the Royal Hotel has all you would want with accommodation and meals choices a delight.
