Serious hazard in the room with bare carpet tacks (rusty nails) in the entrance to the bathroom. The skirting in the doorway had been removed and not replaced leaving exposed rusty nails ready to catch your toes.

Our room was old, unkept and incredibly noisy. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. The whole place needs some TLC badly. The ‘hot’ breakfast buffet was, in fact, cold. At least the beds were comfortable enough.

Fridge only had 3 legs. When opened it fell forward. I had to wedge a bar of soap under it to level. Shower tap fell off onto my wife’s foot. A screw was sticking out 2cm of the bathroom door striker. The extractor fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. There were only blackout curtains on the windows. If opened the room was completely visible to the carpark & delivery area. The images on Wotif showed a shower recess, reality was a shower over a bath. Towels were worn thin. Deliveries early in the morning were very noisy.
