Perfect location. Friendly staff, though we were asked about 100 times if they could take our luggage for us. They were a tad annoying in this respect. The room was a bit small, but comfortable with a nice view. The bar was great.

The hotel is well located within easy walking distance to the Rocks, the Opera House, and many shops and restaurants. The market on the weekends is close by and lots of fun to browse

Was great to stay due to being pet friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, except the pressure of the shower was a bit lame. Amazing location with green spaces under the bridge cross the road to let the dog out. Dinner was a bit slow but other than that, we’ve enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Thank you.

The accommodation was brilliant and the staff were exceptional. They were hardworking and sought to ensure our stay was both comfortable and relaxed. Our only disappointment was the restaurant. Although it was reasonably priced, the food wasn’t really enjoyable. Next time we stay we will eat somewhere else

A real gem in Marriott’s Autograph collection. Pier One is a well appointed and relaxed hotel with friendly helpful staff and an idyllic Harbourside setting. Having a few drinks and dining dock side was delightful and we loved the way furry friends are made welcome too.
