The carpets need cleaning. The beds need better mattresses- we could feel the springs when we sat down and sleeping was disrupted. Can hear every time the adjoining room flushed the toilet.

The booking process was easy. Friendly staff. Clean room and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the Wi Fi would stopped working many times, I had to go out to the elevators to re- connect which was annoying at times. Great location and good food shops around, Light rail down the corner. I enjoyed staying there expect for the Wi Fi issue.
