The apartment was dirty and worn - hair on floors, grime in bathrooms. The AC leaked in one of the rooms. None of the three ACs were working properly and it took a few hours to cool down the lounge area. The WiFi did not work properly and kept disconnecting us. This included on the lounge TV. Which meant we kept needing to reconnect to it every 30 minutes. We would not stay here again. Positives: The beds were comfortable and the office staff were lovely. We arrived 30 minutes early and they allowed early check in. Check in and parking was fairly seamless.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, mattress and pillows were so comfy, best sleep I've had in a hotel. Great location, close to Hordern Pavilion - we walked through Moore Park to get to our event, so convenient. Shower pressure was great, hot water. No complaints would stay again.

Bathtub was dirty with hair blocking the drain and hair and scum around the bathtub so unable to use shower or bath in the morning before needing to leave. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Website led us to believe the pool was onsite but it wasn’t.

Stayed in a street level two story apartment for two nights. The apartment was excellent. Super comfy bed and pillows and the apartment was quiet despite being next to the main road. The hotel has heaps of underground parking, is next door to Coles, bottle shop and restaurants. About a 10min walk from the tram station which is really convenient as we were in the city one night and Randwick the next. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. We didn’t check out the pool or other facilities, but what we did experience with the hotel there was nothing I can fault about it.

I like to come here whenever I need a break from my flatmates. It’s safe, reasonably quiet and there are some nice dining options close by. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Street Level Suites are my personal favourites

The staff were good on check in very helpful. Our room was nothing special, it wasn’t furnished very well like very little furniture and nothing to make it welcoming or make you feel comfortable except the king bed was very comfortable. We were on the ground floor so it felt a like a dark basement room

Absolutely lovely!

Beautiful one bedroom modern suite, spacious and clean. Bathroom and bedroom were upstairs with a large bathtub. A small laundry and plenty of storage spaces with a walk in wardrobe and a storage cupboard under the stairs. Beautiful view looking over Moore Park and well located for the needed locations. Plenty of food options closeby and a coles supermarket close as well, which is handy with the full kitchen in the suite.
