Staff and amenities were great, but room could have been cleaner.
Receptionist were approachable especially Stephanie.
*No rubbish bags placed on the bins, we have to asked from the room attendant but overall it was a nice stay and looking forward to stay again on our next travel.
The room was spotless. The bed was very good. The staff were very helpful & thoughtful at all times.
Overall it hit the spot for an overnight stay. I would re-use this hotel again
Was pleasantly suprised, everything we needed was right. Didnt leave the property in 2 days except to go to our concert.
Not a problem as such, but was suprised the smoking area didnt open until 9am.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely return.
