The property was not clean. The floors in the hallways and the room were not vacuumed. The room was very small. The air stale and the bed linens were not clean and did not fit the bed properly. The reception staff were pleasant but not interested in your experience. The housekeeping staff were not able to speak English and did not make eye contact or respond to general pleasantries such as “good morning”. This Holiday Inn does not meet the standard of service we have experienced in multiple Holiday Inns around the world. Very disappointing and I cannot recommend it.

Next to the entrance road to the domestic terminals (T2 and T3). Frequent shuttle service to all terminals (domestic and international). If you try to use google maps to get here, forget it. It tells you to turn right when instead you should be in the far left lane in order to make the nearly blind left turn about 50 feet past the intersection. You'll most likely miss the turn if you've never been here before. Don't worry you'll figure it out the second time around. This place is convenient. But be aware, reception is one floor ABOVE the entry on floor one. Other than this odd muck up, it's a nice place and I found the staff to be very helpful.

We had a long international flight and we were allowed to check in early. Room was well appointed, clean, and quiet. Staff were very helpful. After a nap we enjoyed a glass of wine in the lobby in the afternoon.

Truly a case of you get what you pay for. While it was indeed budget-conscious, there was a lot to be desired during our stay. I had booked two rooms for my family to stay in for several days. During this stay, one of the three elevators there were out of use, causing for a huge delay for other guests staying and the cleaning staff who also would use the elevators. My family and I had run out of toilet paper and facial tissues which we requested several times (twice in person at reception and once over the phone to reception). They said that cleaning staff will stop by to replace them, which did not happen even over the span of our several-day stay. In one of the rooms, one of my family members stepped on a clothing pin that was found dug into the carpet floor and we had brought it to the attention of the reception desk. One of our rooms had a “opt out of housekeeping services” door sign and we were surprised to come back and see that they had cleaned the room regardless. There were also no kitchen hours listed, so when we tried to order food at reception in the evening, they told us the kitchen was closed. It was a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but definitely an additional area of opportunity. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience and we are not pleased with our overall stay. We would not recommend this institution to friends or family.
