The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in late at night and the ac did not work well. By day 3 it stopped working all together and I had to ask to be moved. The shower fixtures fell off the wall. It was a disaster. Worst hotel stay of my life. I was really disappointed as I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express and never had such a terrible experience.

We had great experience at the Holiday Inn Express. We actually stayed two separate nights there when we left for and when we returned from New Zealand. What else do you ask for besides nutritious breakfast with a big variety of choices, a quiet room, a clean bed, and on top of that friendly staff who were eager to help? One small thing about the hotel is although it is within the airport, you still need to call a Uber. It is a little bit confusing when I booked with expedia because it appeared that complimentary shuttle bus was available. We waited for over 20 min for the shuttle to come. We found out when we arrived at the hotel we were charged $12 for each person for the less than 1 mile ride. Not worth it! When I complained to the receptionist, he did waiver the charge but my advice is to call a Uber. The shuttle service was run by another entity which was not worth the money and the wait.
