Staff doesn't seem to have control of its guests and take charge of the situation. There was an altercation during breakfast and one of the guests seem to be out of control & can't be reasoned with and seem to feel entitled and wanted to call the police. No etiquette & decency.

We really enjoyed our stay at Furama. It was in such a great location in Haymarket (Chinatown) with so many restaurant options. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Parking option down the road. Clean room and very comfortable beds. Tram around the corner and walking distance to Darling Harbour. Will definitely return.

We got upgraded to a family room and early check in. We really appreciated that. Excellent location, close to China Town which offers lots of eateries. The only let down was their telephone didn't work. I have to go to the reception whenever I need anything. Will stay here again.

Close to theatre we attended and restaurants. Cheap room rate inc breakfast and parking which was great but room needs some maintenance as a bit dirty in places and face washers in bathroom would have been nice.
