Staff were courteous and helpful, location was fantastic with the big park over the road. But the room was stale and musty. They had cleaned it but since there was no window it couldn't be properly aired out.

There was a long wait until someone from reception arrived. The shower head was broken. The room had a random window with a blind, unfortunately it let a lot of the halllway light in. The buffet breakfast provided was mediocre at best.
