Quiet and cozy queen bed room. Had good amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely make this my regular hotel to stay at whenever I’m in Sydney.

It is a 3 1/2 stars property as seating in room very uncomfortable as in worn out, not enough coffee pods - 3 for 2 people - milk etc, also bedding poor quality and doona too thin, i was cold and had to sleep with my coat on top of doona. But the room was very spacious and very clean and deserves 4 stars for that, and i would consider coming back for that space. I also had a decent b’fast and coffee at the coffee shop inside the hotel. Reception and staff very pleasant and helpful , 5 stars there.

Room was good except one bedside lamp was not working. With such a large TV of a night the SAMSUNG TV logo gleams bright all night facing the bed directly. (It's like having a moving light on...) The only alternative seemed to be a blindfold or equivalent. Also with the fob card inserted, a strong overhead light is illuminated. (ie. The fob card must be removed to sleep). Only problem with the fob removed, the AC doesn't work, so temperature issues. (hot and or cold)

Don’t stay here. They quote upgrade you to a better room. But the sheets are dirty. The bathrooms look dirty including the towels. The rooms are super cold in the winter. Staff isn’t always helpful, takes days for them to actually fix issues you keep addressing. Never staying here again.

Great place to stay, 2 minutes from Oxford Street, eateries, bars grocery shops, bus stops everywhere nearby, room itself was spacious with just about everything you need, I would suggest putting a table and chair in the room I stayed in though
