Amazing reception and services, got upgraded due to celebratory event. Very clean and modern room

Friendly staff, clean and cosy room / really nice that the window could open. Really appreciated the water bottles and chocolate. Nice touch.

The Hotel and the staff was excellent. The Breakfast was great with many options and the hours to have a relaxed breakfast was more than fair. Robert who works at the Breakfast restaurant was a great help and great advice for the daily activities. He deserves a raise for sure. The only issue I had was the room type. Your webpage clearly advertised a park view room for my selection. Since this happened before to me through Expedia, the room sold is almost never the room advertised on your site. So it was still a good room but the view was parking lot and some park. So I would definitely stay here again.
