Our room was not clean, dust coated fans, moldy bathtub, hair on walls in shower, floor sticky in multiple areas, bathtub would not drain. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful when checking in and out. We wanted to ask to switch rooms but other people in our party had the same issues and were told there were no more rooms available due to 3 weddings that weekend. The bartender at the wedding we attended (Cheryl) was not friendly at all and was very rude to everyone.

Construction on the room right above us very… very noisy. We couldn’t sleep/rest in the morning and/or afternoon. Very disappointed. We hope to get some refunds so we can plan another trip soon.

We had to request a different room due to such poor conditions. Next rooms still wasn't great with dirty bed and footprints in the wall. View was great but the hotel itself was poor. Also, had to pay for coffee. $500.00 a night and can't get a cup of coffee is all that you need to know.

Sirata is undergoing a renovation and unfortunately our room was in the older section. The room had a strong musty smell though the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. I've stayed @ Sirata several times and it would've been nice to have been given a room in the new area. Also, the bar (which is a very fun area of the hotel) was only open in the weekend and we arrived on Sunday. :-(

The hotel room itself was gross. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. The previous guests items were in the night stand. The shower was so hard to turn on they had to call maintenance. Beach view was barely a beach view. They charge you an extra $50 a day a checking in on top of resort fees. There was nothing spectacular about the resort to charge resort fees! Nothing was included with your stay! Id definitely search else where when returning to St.Pete Beach!!
