Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned our rooms were cheerful and accommodating. The location on the beach is perfect and Sirata is affordable. The rooms do need to be updated but rooms were clean. The grounds were beautiful and well kept despite 2 recent hurricanes.

Hotel Staff was great! The resort was so awesome with being on the beach front. Family orientated. Had a cute splash pad. The only thing that felt off to me were the bed sheets. They just didn’t look or smell very clean. I would stay there again just maybe bring my own blankets next time. I was barely in my room.

Sirata St. Pete Beach is a good, economical place to stay with a beautiful beachfront location and relaxing atmosphere. However, the experience could be greatly improved with better customer service, especially at the front desk, where communication and helpfulness were lacking. The music selection throughout the resort could be more diverse to appeal to a wider range of guests. Also, both bars offer the same limited food menu, which becomes repetitive during longer stays. Adding variety would make a big difference. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in guest experience.

Sorry, but Don Cesare prices for a Motel 6 stay was not what I dreamt for this milestone birthday weekend. Photos in ads are overplayed for the reality of the actual experience. Rooms are NOT CLEANED, just check your bare feet after a few steps.We had no towels, no blanket on our bed and NO WAY to reach front desk via room phone. Im so appalled and disappointed! You only get ONE 60th birthday, thanks for nothing, Sirata!

They are posting pictures of renovated rooms, while they actually giving the very old and outdated rooms to Expedia guests. Went to the front desk to complain about it and told that next time i should book directly with Hilton as they are in charge of the renovated room and they wont provide these rooms to Expedia travelers, but will use these picture as advertisements. Will never go back again.

Sirata had a few building. We were in the oldest musty one...I asked if we could move and they would not let us. They put the couple we were traveling with in the newest building...marble very clean and very nice. I just had nasal surgery and asked to be moved....afraid i was going to get very sick. They moved us to another room same building that did not stink as much. Sandbar at the front desk could careless....said we booked a studio room and couldn't help us. Not sure i will go back...

The property was in a great location and super convenient to restaurants and bars in the area. We enjoyed the live music and great service at the resort's bar and restaurant. Lots of work still going on as a result of the hurricanes. Our beachfront room was roomy for three of us. I would stay here again.
