The air conditioning didn’t work in our room and our toilet worked for two flushes and ran all night long. The handles on the tables were not screwed on and came off. The carpet in the room was dirty and there was garbage around the bed from who stayed previously.

While room showed signs of age it was spotlessly clean and the beds super comfortable, these are the things I care about most. Rates were very good for the area too.

We ere there for 5 nights Daily cleaning was not provided. Daily towel service “if needed” was provided. The floors were not cleaned with any regularity, I walked around the room wearing light grey socks after thirty minutes of walking on the dark brown laminate flooring my socks were extremely dirty. The cupboards around the sink, microwave and coffee maker are completely empty, there is nothing provided except 2 pouches of coffee, sugar/sweetener, powdered whitener, and stir sticks. In the bathroom there was approximately 1oz of shampoo, 1oz of Conditioner and 1oz of body lotion. Never visited or used the outdoor pool area as it was too windy and cool, so I don’t know how it measured up. The continental breakfast left something to be desired. There was white or brown bread, hard butter spread, two fruit type spreads. Small chocolate chip muffins, chocolate covered mini donuts, a waffle maker, table syrup for the waffles, two types of sweetened cold cereal and pouches of instant / microwaveable oatmeal, coffee, hot water and a jug of orange juice type beverage, which was available from 0600 to 0900. The eating area was small with 4 tables and a total of 12 chars. Basically it was more of a mediocre grab and go.

The whole property needs a general cleaning. There were cigarette butts everywhere and the place smells like weed. The staff were nice and very helpful
