Book Southwestern New Mexico hotels

Check I was smooth and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Major downside was that my daughter found a black curly hair in her scrambled eggs. We were taking our bags out to the car and staff member came out and hock a loogie onto the sidewalk while taking out the trash.

Carpet needed replacing throughout the hotel - the rooms and hallways.

Place looked nice. Had ants in the bathroom. Sink was still dirty with a nat and hairs with what looked like sand. Smelled like fetta. There were kids in the hot tub until it closed. You have to hike a hill if the upper parking lot and handicapped spaces are full, with a lot of cars with no placard or plates. No conceirge to help. No carts to assist. So keep circling. Fitness room was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

This was a comfortable place to stay. Staff was friendly. Room was fine. Mineral hot spring tub was great. Honestly, the best part of this one-night stay was the 3-ring binder explaining everything. Really good communication.
