I booked a room with supposedly a Mountain View, and I didn’t get a room with a Mountain View. The room did not smell good and breakfast was very limited. But staff was nice. I really wouldn’t recommend staying with kids. It is an older facility. They do allow dogs so you room will probably smell like animal urine, my cousin’s room did.

Room was clean and comfortable but had a very strong smell of deodorizer. The front door to the lobby was broken and would not close, making the lobby cold since it was in the 20s outside. The desk clerk said that the automatic door mechanism freezes when it is cold. Staff was friendly. Offered usual breakfast items.

Room needs to be remodeled. The carpets and chair look like they have seen better days. The bed appeared to have bedbugs stains on the side under the sheets. The breakfast was fine, the location is near the I-10, so if upgrades are done, this would be an ideal place to stay for one or two nights.

The staff was very helpful (e.g., the front desk person warned me that the side parking areas did not have security cameras); the room was very clean & well stocked; the continental breakfast was sufficient (as advertised). You can tell it's an older hotel because there is some wear & tear visible in carpets & on doors, but not too bad (i.e., not shabby but comfortable). And, even though I don't have a pet, they had free dog snacks at the front desk!

Breakfast not good. Only cold cereal and toast. They said breakfast would be served by 7:30 but no it wasn’t. I was disappointed. Other than that. It was a comfortable stay.

We didn’t eat breakfast. There was a guy hanging around the hotel that looked homeless and the front desk had to tell him if he didn’t leave they have to call the cops, it was a little uncomfortable.
