Southbank luxury accommodation

The floor was dirty, there was excessive dash, and the dash was visible in the air. I was afraid that things would get worse, so I didn't want to turn on the air conditioner. Although most of the staff was friendly, some weren't. It was a passable breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, I would choose this hotel again for the breakfast alone. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the swimming pool came complete with complimentary sun screen. Loved this hotel experience right in the city centre. Do the valet parking if you wish to use your car during your stay, otherwise it's cheaper online (especially for multiple nights) with the Wilson car park adjacent to the hotel but beware this only allows one entry and one exit.

Great customer service from the start. Upgraded our room for our anniversary which was really nice! Big and clean with city/river view. Good location with only 5min walk to the river. Would stay here again

Room not very clean and had a bad smell. The pool was locked every time I tried to visit (3-4 attempts). Other than that, it was fine
