If you luck out and get stuck with some miserable weather, take refuge in the Melbourne Museum, the Immigration Museum, the National Sports Museum and the Jewish Museum of Australia. The fascinating collections are sure to keep your brain buzzing and your clothes dry!

What nicer way to finish a day's activities than with something to eat and a performance? Check the programme listings at the Forum Theatre, the Regent Theatre, the Sun Theatre and the Princess Theatre.

Eureka Skydeck 88, Merri Creek Trail, the CERES Community Environment Park and Fitzroy Aboriginal Heritage Walking Trail are among the most impressive spots for nature enthusiasts to spend time outdoors.

Third time staying at Oaks, love the location and place! This room wasn’t up to standard. Blood on pillowcase and separate bed. Iron was broken and only 3 towels were left when 4 people were staying. However, I will be back. It is a great place with great staff.
