The staff member at check in was incredible. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and helped us with our travel plans. For that, we are super grateful! The property itself was fine, a bit dated. The problem we had was we found a few bugs in the bathroom. A couple moving around the bathroom floor and a couple in the shower.

The first room we were assigned smelled kind of gross and the bathroom smelled of weed. When I brought it to their attention they promptly changed my room. The new room smelled so much better! The rooms are a bit dated, but it works great for a quick stop before the airport!

It's a clean and quiet, no-frills place. They have a posted "quiet time" period which starts at 10pm, which I appreciated very much. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, I had to get used to that. The staff were nice, breakfast was ok, parking was easy... it's a good place overall.

Customer service was outstanding, took care of a situation with my payment method over the phone super quickly and easily and made me feel taken care of. Only negative is that the toilet stopped flushing after a couple uses.

A little overpriced, they charged eight dollars a day for parking for no reason, simply stating oh this is San Francisco, those charges are not available on the website through Expedia.
