There was no included breakfast and the vents in the room were really dusty and the carpet was really old hotel rooms should not have carpet

The Sophia was an awesome quaint hotel. It had all the amenities. Our room had a street view and in the distance you could see the beach. I wish we would’ve stayed more than one night. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. !

If I could rate this hotel zero stars I would. There’s no way it should be considered a premier hotel. For starters there was only one working elevator for a 14 floor building so many people like myself had to use the stairs because when the elevator would finally come to you it would be full. I was on the 6th floor and it was very inconvenient to have to go up and down every time to get to my room. The room looked like they shined up a turd, there was nothing nice about it. It smelled like someone had smoked in it before and you could hear everything through the walls and outside. It sounded like the window was open it was so loud during the night. The staff were not helpful or friendly and the pool looked like something from a motel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially considering it was 180$ a night.
