Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Good breakfast. Spa treatment was very good and the spa was lovely. Bit small, could do with a few more of the comfy beds around the pool but so relaxing.

Fantastic Cotswolds Spa Hotel

Dormy House was top notch from start to finish, and the website pictures are spot on. The staff was lovely and professional, hotel decor was the perfect blend of English countryside/Scandinavian luxury spa, the Garden Room prix fixe menu was beautiful and delicious and the pool/spa was one of the most lovely I have seen. Book dinner and the spa if you are interested when you make your reservation as these amenities fill up fast. We walked the 9 mile Broadway-Chipping Camden loop, relaxed and ate. It was the perfect escape, and we will be back.

The Jewel of the Cotswolds

Utterly amazing stay at Dormy House Hotel. The facilities... the staff... the accommodation.... the food (omg delicious).... the hospitality... all first class. We cannot wait to return to this gem in the Cotswolds. It may well have been our first visit, but it will not be our last. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Cotswold Relax

Ideal place to spend a few lazy days relaxing in the Spa or taking a walk. Evenings spent enjoying great wine and great food. Staff were all keen to please but could have been a little more attentive on occasions. The hotel itself was well pointed as were the rooms. My wife and I will definitely be going back !!

Relaxing and homely! Beautiful spa and delish tasting menu in the restaurant. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Can’t wait to go back!!

Fantastic hotel with great service and awesome spa

The hotel is fantastic and from the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The room was comfortable but needed some better pillows and some more dusting on the air con vents and lamp bases. The spa was fantastic and had a great range of facilities available. The therapists were lovely and I had a fantastic massage and facial. The only improvement I would have for the spa is maybe a purple light in the lavender steam as when the light flicks on and off it is quite intrusive. The cucumber sorbet was a lovely touch and truly delicious! The food and drinks were super scrummy. Would love to come back again one day maybe for a girls spa weekend.

Wonderful 2 nights at Dormy House Hotel. Lovely staff, fabulous decor. Log fires in every nook and cranny and a spa to match the best in Dubai, the perfect retreat for misty autumnal days.

Relaxing weekend break

Wonderful spa hotel tucked away in a stunning part of the country. The hotel was very relaxing with good service. The rooms are wonderful, the spa relaxing and the staff extremely helpful. Only let down was the breakfast where the chef took 30mins to serve up raw pancakes. A minor let down in a wonderful weekend.

Luxury cottage hotel in the Cotswolds

The Dormy House is a fantastic hotel in the Cotswolds, I would highly recommend staying there. The Potting Shed menu is delicious and atmosphere is lovely with awesome drinks, and the spa is terrific. Great service, beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. Typical of a great Small Hotel & Resort collection property.

We went to Dormy House to celebrate our anniversary and everything was perfect from start to finish, We had treatments which were superb and an excellent afternoon tea. The room was spot on and the little touches of cookies and a card for our anniversary were lovely. My only very minor criticism was some of the staff appear quite junior and their English was a little poor meaning some things like extra bread and drinks we had to ask twice for. But they were very apologetic and gave us free fizz with our afternoon tea which was again a lovely touch and just confirmed what a first class place this is.

Lovely Cotswold hotel with friendly staff

Being greeted outside by the manager who whisked our bags up to the room and the reception staff who offered Pimms or iced water as we sat down at the desk-no standing to register at The Dormy, set the tone for a hotel where the service, facilities and staff lived up to the cost. The only slight disappointment was the size of the 'intimate' room which was rather small for the price tag. Staff were all very friendly, food delicious, the Sommelier helpful and knowledgeable ; the Spa is great -will go again when I have saved up!
