Lets start with the positive, the room was clean. Food choices in the restaurant was poor and over priced - £22.50 for Fish & Chips and every item on the hot buffet breakfast was warm at best, cold bacon, hash brown and beans aren't great. All round poor value

We did not stay, we wanted to change our date to the following day but were told we had to contact Expedia, who told also told us that we had to contact the hotel, so with neither taking responsibility or helping, especially when there was a room available so it was just a straight swap, our one night away a year was spoilt. Sadly I don’t feel Comfortable or confident in using this hotel or Expedia again.

Room was clean 10th wedding anniversary gave us a card and vouchers for complimentary drink. Breakfast was brilliant restaurant in even good but a bit stretched staff wise when busy. Beautiful setting where the hotel is a decent distance from beautiful chippen Norton and Bicester village

Met with professional pleasant receptionist directed to a fabulous room clean and tidy, you do have to drive to restaurants etc but it is only a 5 min drive no hesitation in stating here again

Really good property located close to many different places in the area to visit. Staff were friendly, had a free room upgrade which was a lovely surprise and has made us consider booking such room possibly next summer as a larger friendship group. Only thing I would say is need new pillows the ones in the room were hard like cardboard not very relaxing to sleep on and the rooms aren’t overly soundproof could hear upstairs above us walking around during the night, and not sure if our room was by a generator, or we had the boiler by us for the local rooms or not as there was loud noises at random times during night that sounded like a system re-setting or re-filling. But overall good property, lovely location would come again

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The staffs at the reception and the cleaning lady were courteous and helpful. I am giving 4🌟 because the bathroom in one of the rooms wouldn't flush properly and there was no toothbrush/paste in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly the room view of the golf course itself was good. Right on the T off. The down side was the breakfast. Very disappointing and ended up going down into chipping Norton to go to bakery.
