This was an adults only resort, but had access to all amenities at the family side if resort! Everything was amazing. I have zero complaints! I would come back again! 99% of staff was amazing and friendly! 99% of the food we had was amazing! Place was kept very clean, plenty of towels, chairs and drink options! I miss it all already!!

We enjoyed our stay ! We did both relaxed & partied . Try the buffet it’s good options we’re picky eaters but enjoyed it . Do the speed boat TRUST ME ! Hopefully you get captain J J ask for him ! The guy bartenders inside the onsite night club called players Ask for JJ as well he’s the speed & the fun with the drinks behind the bar great attitude and attention to detail keeping the drinks coming ! Get a massage by Yissel on the beach it felt like I was on a cloud & the price was very affordable . The bellmen Caesar & Master were the best in service we appreciated them . Our time was all around great we always go

Hotel muy bonito, el personal atentos no todos pero en la mayoria, bastantes opciones para comer pero lo que si no me gusto PARA NADA los vendedores de paquetes a las esculsiones, invaden tu tranquilidad, no entienden un no y estan todos los dias y a toda hora acosando para que les compres realmente muyyyyy fastidioso. Lo otro que no me gusto es que pague por una habitacion especifica y me dieron otra mas mala y aun camas dobles lo k especifique cama king. Ninguna de las esculsiones valen la pena al no ser que lo pagues el servicio privado es decir para tu grupo de familia o amigos y estremadamente caro, hay puede que la experiencia sea diferente del resto no lo recomiendo, son groseros y te venden una cosa y cuando llegas te dan otra cosa 10 veces peor, la verdad que fue el dinero mas mal gastado y el tiempo perdido horrible. Mejor hagan uso de las actividades que ofrece el hotel son gratis y la vas a pasar muchisimo mejor, ohhhh y si se animan a ir por favor lleven mucho dinero porque por todo tienes que pagar creame por todo, ya veran. Otra cosa aprendan a decir que no antes de llegar. Importante regateen los precios todo te lo cobran como si estuviesen en el sitio mas caro y exclusivo del mundo. Pero en general se puede ir y pasarla bien teniendo en consideracion mis advertencias.

I recently returned to the resort for a second stay, but unfortunately, my experience was again disappointing. Despite promises, I never received the complimentary bottle of wine. I also had to wait over an hour for my room to be ready, which was frustrating. Once in the room, the mini fridge didn't work, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell of urine. The highlight of my stay, as before, was the food and service at THALASSA, which remains exceptional. However, these ongoing issues prevent me from considering a return visit.

Room was clean Con: room service was terrible. 1st night I called 3 times in 2.5 hrs and never received ordered food. 2nd night - received order but it wasn’t what I ordered. 3rd night they were delivering and food when I never made an order. We couldn’t get a reservation the 1st two nights this eating buffet. The cab/private shuttle pickup service was silly. We were told to be at lobby for pickup. After 40 min of waiting our private shuttle driver contacted us and stated resort doesn’t allow them onto property. When I spoke with desk they said they’d give us a ride to the gate of the resort. Very unprofessional

The resort is absolutely gorgeous, 10/10 customer service and communication. The food was actually better than expected as well as we had a chance to try almost every restaurant on the adult side. I will say that our only complaints were that the TV wasn’t working and they don’t allow Ubers to pass the gate to pick you up if you’re leaving the resort. The sound on the TV was working, but we couldn’t see anything. We spoke to front desk about 3 times about this issue and nothing was ever done, no accommodations given. Other than that, the experience was beautiful and the views were stunning.
