I was disappointed with much of the food at several restaurants. The drinks were very weak. Extremely disappointed with my initial entry to the resort. Initially was told that i had no reservation. 40 minutes later i was able to checkin. I then go to lunch and afterwards returned to my roo. Now my room band wont permit me to open the door. After another 40 minutes my door is opened. There were other small issues that i just accepted.

Our stay was great! I would highly recommend this resort (Adult only) property was very clean. The food was an overall 7 out 10. Several restaurants could have been better. Staffing was very professional. If you prefer certain liquors, stop at the duty free inside of the airport and buy some bottles. It’s an fyi.

We did like the pools and the staff…but we didn’t like the rooms that they tried to put us into because they looked nothing like the photos online. The first room smelled musty and paint chips were constantly falling down from the ceiling. Also the room was still unclean. They didn’t have another room for us that day and we had to sleep in that room for the night anyway. They told us they would upgrade us to another room but when we got that room the next day the door to the room was sticking when you scan your key and also the a/c unit was blowing barely….not cold at all. Also in the shower, we could not adjust the water to the temperature. The water was up and down the entire time. Just horrible for the price we spent and the only thing we could get in return was a sorry for the inconvenience

La propiedad esta muy buena, los jardines hermosos y muy tranquilo, el area de la playa con muchos cocoteros muy relajante. la playa no es buena. La comida y cocteleria muy buena y la atencion de su personal exelente, Ana, Natacha, julio, John el eqipo de animacion bien chevere. La habitacion limpia y buen servicio. Lo recomiendo

Likes: having access to the family side, it was more lively Cons: every restaurant requires reservation and that’s so annoying , I paid too much to eat buffet food everyday . It’d be nice if trolley people were available more often to give you rides, it’s a big property. Guest services takes forever- waited 30 mins to make a reservation.

The room was ok. The TV didn’t work for almost 3 days. We called multiple times a day before someone finally came. Food from the buffet was cold. Guest using their bare hands to dish out the food. Found it difficult to make dinner reservations at restaurants. A hotel representative would say I have a reservation booked but when I get to the restaurant the staff would say I don’t have a reservation. That happened a few times. Overall the stay was ok but I wouldn’t go back.

Maintenance was horrible. Room wasn't ready to host. Maintenance had to be called out 3 days in a row. Still didn't fix everything. No compensation for loss time or money.

Place was really nice but people would break into our suite making the whole vacation feel on edge, the chain on the door wasn’t broken when we first came and a day into the vacation we see it split in 2 and some wear on the door, I’d appreciate people not breaking into our room on vacation

I love my pool villa en the adult side 3405. Stunning afternoon view from my private pool. The waitress brought me drinks. Had amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner right across from it at Beloved Restaurant. Fun beach party, fun white party. Room service in less than an hour.
