Pilot Mountain Winery Accommodation

It started with check-in. The front desk person was one of the most unfriendly people I have encountered. Each question was like an inconvenient task to answer. In the room, the chair looked very dirty, so I took a wash cloth and started wiping it down. Gross. Then I wiped down the counters, door knobs and anything else we might touch. The wash cloth was so dirty it looked like I had cleaned a pair of dirty shoes. Then I jumped in the shower, first towel had someone’s make up marks on it. Threw that to the side and grabbed another…it was completely dirty! The lotion was empty. I can’t really say I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and quiet, due to a Break Down on the Road we arrived late and they were so cooperative with us. We will stay again. Dan Davis

Room was spacious and very clean. Didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast. Stayed one night while traveling.

We loved our stay here! The property was clean and just as described. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our view of Pilot Mountain! We met our hosts and they were so kind and willing to offer any help if needed.
