I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta in Charlotte, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. From the well-maintained fitness center to the relaxing pool area, I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Overall, my time at the Sonesta was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charlotte. I look forward to returning in the future!

My closet overhead light caught on fire. They tried to dismiss it like it was nothing. The lock on the door had been previously broken into. Television was not working and small bugs observed near window. Mold painted over in ceiling. I have NOT received my 100.00 deposit.

Breakfast was horribly overcrowded and garbage cans were filled and falling on floor Shower did not work properly Room was on second floor with no elevator and no one to help with bags

Massive property! The express kiosk for check-in was very quick and I loved skipping the front desk line. I definitely recommend valet parking and bellman assistance. It just makes everything so much easier. We ate at Selu Cafe, expensive but good. And we ate ate the Pizza shack, delicious and reasonably priced. Tons of slots and table games with a smoking section with slot machines. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Good price and great views. Location is at the end of the island. Small condo but perfect for 2 and comfortable for 4.
