I cannot tell you how AMAZING the staff was to us. From Zac at the lobby bar to the wonderful tall man, who checked on us during a medical emergency and even called our room the next day to ask how our friend was doing etc. Front desk were also so sweet and thoughtful towards us and ensured we were taken care of during a difficult time. To say they are friendly is an understatement , they are exceptionally nice, empathetic , kind human beings we have ever met. Thank you for having us

New years was amazing !

As always Omni took great care of me and my wife. Third time saying at this location and can wait to stay at The Hilton head location for my birthday in June. The staff is the best part great people. Bar tenders pour heavy which was awesome. Literally dropped my wallet down the elevator shaft and got all of my property back. 10/10 for sure.

This hotel is so noisy the walls are so thing I could hear the room Next door talking coughing everything. Not only that but I could hear the cars sirens people and I guess someone playing the drums while sitting on my bed at all hours of the night and day. I had to get a sleep fam app just to drown out the noise from the street. Maybe there's diff rooms that are more quiet but this was terrible
