Hotel in lovely position , room spacious , bed clean and comfortable . Unfortunately we had a blocked sink and black flakes were coming from the tap and floating about . We spoke to reception prior to heading out for a meal and were told the manager would look into this . When we came back late unfortunately the problem was the same and no explanation was given . It was worse in the morning . Fully understand that problems arise but expected it to have been resolved and if unable to an apology given . In hind sight we should have asked for a swap of room but as it was late we didn’t .

Good area for restaurants and pubs, also transport links excellent with hotel being close to tram stop for easy access to city centre and to airport. Food is expensive at the hotel, and breakfast pretty average.

We stayed for one night and it was BEYOND our expectations. From the check in, during our stay, to check out, AMAZING. The food was wonderful. At dinner, our server was very informational and educational about the food and the drink. We didn't do any shopping while there and we arrived by Uber, so no parking necessary. Highly recommend!
