All the staff we interacted with went above and beyond, especially the man who checked us in. It was very busy when we arrived and our room wasn't quite ready but he really made us feel welcome, and got us into our room as quickly as possible. We also ordered room service and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant food was great, and good value for such great quality. The food arrived at our room quickly and warm

We stayed for 4 nights in April and wanted to be downtown. This property is a combo Hilton and Homewood Suites. The property was very nice. The room was very comfortable and we had the benefit of a corner room so lots of extra light. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what you get. It is free with a stay at Homewood Suites but $25 per person with a stay at the Hilton. That had us finding more interesting (and less expensive) options in town which were plentiful. The saltwater pool was luxurious. The Tulip Lounge was great for a drink or 2 while watching the Leafs beat the Senators. 😉 Overall, nice place to stay if walking the city is your goal. We did 43 kms in 3 days.

Hotel was wonderful. We were very disappointed in the food. Went down for breakfast and chose the $25p/person buffer to find all the hot food stone cold, several of the items were empty and nobody filled it the 45min we were there. Long line ups for waffle machine and it was burnt on outside and raw in middle. I spoke to the hostess and she told me there was nothing she could do. We paid $85 for 3 of us for breakfast and ate cold food, leaving most of it on our plate.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean. Staff was accommodating. Parking wasn’t hard but if you have a truck or SUV you need to park outside which cost us $36.00 a day. The hotel parking underground is $25 for regular size cars. It would be nice if breakfast was offered for free.
