Parking, breakfast and wifi was included so it was peace of mind for us. Superficially clean but there was some dust on curtain panels in our room and panels were dark blue so it was visible. Overall it was good and yes for sure I would consider this business again if we visit Ottawa.

Very nice hotel that was so conveniently close to airport. Very comfortable bed too. I also appreciated the breakfast we had before leaving for the airport, which I thought was pretty good. We were wiped out from a long vacation, so finding decaf tea available in the lobby to have before bed was nice. They also had hot coffee and cookies available 24 hours in the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included hot items and was good. However, I was disappointed by the hotel's lack of environmental practices. Breakfast was served using disposable plates and cutlery, and there were no recylcing options or efforts to reduce waste. I even reached out to the hotel manager to express my concern but never heard back. I hope the hotel considers adopting more eco-friendly practices in the future.
