We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large kitchen which was fully equipped for daily cooking. Also liked the balcony, seeing the ocean on the side yet primarily looking down on the parking lot. No onsite restaurant or coffee bar.

This place is garbage

The entire hotel smelled like “old lady perfume.” We had to leave a patio door open the entire stay. There was a Tv in the room but front desk says you need to bring your own fire stick to use the tv. What’s the point of a tv in your room if you can’t even stream from your phone? Probably just helps them sell rooms from pictures. We stayed in a suite that was supposed to have a queen bed, we got a full size bed. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels of all different quality and this takes the cake by a long shot.

The staff was absolutely friendly and amazing especially Sachin. Rooms are spacious and clean. Right on beach. Great location and beach!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, however, we attempted to check in at 5:30ish pm (check in is at 4pm) and our room was not available due to staff still “cleaning” the unit, which made our already long travel day with young children (4 and 6) even longer. We were able to access our close to 6pm, but that was extremely frustrating. The unit itself was fine, however, you may have to inspect your unit. Our microwave was DISGUSTING. I bought some cleaner so I could clean it. We also found clumps of hair in the carpet of the unit. We had a unit with a washer/dryer but the lint trap wasn’t clean and upon drying some clothes, it left black streaks on our clothing, so I was afraid to use it again. Our kids loved the pool and the quick access to the beach was a great bonus but the ADA accessible ramp is closed (they need to get that fixed, I saw two separate families carrying wheelchairs up the stairs from the beach!). They had two grills available for use on the pool deck, however they don’t clean the grease traps and they were extremely full! My husband has come to stay at the Cove since he was a child and we’ve enjoyed brining our family. We heard the pool has going to be gutted and redone this fall, and I know our kiddos will be so disappointed if that is taken away. We are pleased with our stay, but they are some things that need to be fixed (checkin process, cleanliness of the units and common areas).

Second stay. Luckily the pool is up and running. Lazy river and lots of chairs. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Readily available parking. Luckily the fridge had an ice making function as the ice machine was out of order. Ramp to the beach needs repaired and is closed. There are about 6 steps down to the beach. Great restaurant across the street and Publix nearby.

They charged me $200 more when i go to the property to check in! It does not say anywhere that they are going to do that. So that was an unexpected charge. I was NOT HAPPY WITH HAVING TO PAY MORE!! The room was the best part it was great, howevwr the pool area is not. Wry nice at all! I was disappointed so much. My kids wanted to stay in the room more than that at the pool and that is not like them AT ALL!

nice place but the hard sell time share pitch just to get a parking permit is ridiculous especially when the one person who is in charge of them are working a family over to tour The Regency there property down A1A in Daytona. The property at this time has limited parking due to the construction on the property but they have made alternate parking arrangements with the restaurant across the street. Nice place otherwise.
