From the moment you walked in they made everything count. It was all in the finer details. The buffet breakfast was exceptional.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was excellent. We love coming to the SeaWorld resort as it’s a perfect quick getaway for us. We all get to enjoy the theme parks and when we need some time to relax or to dine at the hotel’s restaurants, the Kids club is there to entertain the kids. Our room was absolutely clean and guest services was on point, especially during the most busiest time of the year being school holidays. Definitely would recommend this hotel for families.

I loved that it was close to everything, I loved being on level 41 at night. Views were amazing. However, I didn’t like that I wasn’t told was level I was on when I booked. Because I wanted to be higher than level 4 and also the windows and the verandeh glass were really dirty.. couldn’t see the view properly. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

It felt very secluded. So that added to the romantic stay

Hip vibe. Lots of attention to the small details that make it a fantastic place to stay. Incredible buffet - but wasn’t prepared for the restaurant prices.
