This hotel has the best team of staff I've ever met of all the hotels around the country I've stayed. I really enjoyed seeing the smiles on their faces every single day. This was incredible. The only thing that did not work for us, was the quality of the bedding/pillows that were below standard. Also, there was literally no soundproof at all, we were bothered by the people in the next room multiple nights during our stay. We had to be forced using earplugs, with more than $300/night, this was really terrible. Similarly, the doors for each room were too close, I stayed in room 504, which is in the middle of two rooms, every time people get in and out, created large noise when closing the doors, including in the middle of the night. We had zero quality sleep.

This is my second trip to the World Center Hotel. I went with a smaller room this time but the updates made it feel new and fresh. Plenty of hot water and great shower pressure. And everything I wanted to see was within walking distance or an easy hop on the subway. I’d stay here again for sure.

Staff was great. Check-in and check-out. Unfortunately the espresso machine was out of order for most of my stay. As well the phone and TV in my room did not seem to work well. However, staff was very forthcoming with suggestions to improve. Very clean property and nice gym facility.
