A wonderful tranquil stay

It was very zen and quiet, I enjoyed the ambient sleep music. The hostel was clean and I felt safe and comfortable on the women’s floor. The sleep pods even had built-in fans and switch lights. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Very clean hostel. Easy check in and check out. The first night AC wasn’t working but wasn’t too bad. They fixed it promptly. It’s a great location and nice for a quick weekend getaway.

I slept well as i was very tired from travel. I suggest being able to ask if your preference is a top or bottom pod. I am 66yo who needs to get up in the night so a bottom bunk would have been safer for me. Also, a table or two in the room to put bags on to pack, unpack, look for things. I just found it awkward It was clead and comfortable.

My very 1st time at this "non-hotel"&as a Senior there was much to learn! The check-in is quite confusing&requires being quite tech savvy even online let alone to even enter the bldg where the presence of a robot was a tad unsettling. I tried to pretend it wasn't there!

Location is really good, it is a good place to sleep with an easy check in/check out process. It’s not great if you have any issues because it’s mainly AI based and the receptionist (when they’re there) doesn’t really care much. The bed doesn’t come with a blanket so I was too cold to sleep on the first night. Then I had to pay $5 USD the next day for a blanket, which only arrived after I harassed them (and several hours after they had charged me). This put me off quite a bit. However, I’d still stay here just for the location and it’s just a good place to stay for a short period of time.

It's a great option if you just need some place to sleep and shower while in NYC. It was quiet, clean, and felt safe, and the location is really convenient.

It’s a good option to stay overnight on a budget. The premises are clean and there are restrooms available inside the room. I did not have any complaints although they should give you extra towels and blankets, but they charge you for that.
