Terrible experience — never again. Rude and intrusive staff. They don’t allow normal conversations or even quiet phone calls in the room, forbid opening windows for fresh air, and enter your room without notice — sometimes knocking like police. If you object, they bring multiple security staff to confront you. Towels are only changed after 7 days unless you pay extra, and check-out is handled in an unprofessional, intimidating way. Overpriced compared to other hostels, and not worth it at all.

There’s a vending machine for basics such as locks, soda, water, or even some light snacks. There’s plenty of stores and dining options within less than a minute. Beds are really comfortable and even though they’re bunk beds you can hear movement. Electrical outlets in each bunk allow you to charge electronics over night.

Common areas could be cleaner, and a few doors and other things are wearing out. The bed and turn down are great. Location can’t be beat. I miss the old hostel that used to occupy in this building, so having this great option is wonderful.

Great option if you need a place to sleep. Check in was complicated: you need a code to enter, but if you book through Expedia, you don’t get the code, so you can’t check in. The live person at the front desk didn’t offer any help. The robot looked nice. After 15 frustrating minutes, finally got a receptionist (via keypad who helped me get in). Take a lock(s) with you - you can use them to close your stuff in the locker or fix your suitcase to the wall. Great concept, good shared space - place would be excellent with high/strict cleaning standards. That’s necessary with shared spaces like this.
