Decent. Not the easiest to check in, and not the most accommodating when making reasonable requests (I was charged $50 to change to a ground bed because of an injury) and one guest was making phone calls while I was asleep. Great location though!

Great place for a short trip in NYC. Really close to all the tourist hotspots, was a little noisy because I shared with 5 other people but the place was cleaned regularly which was greatly appreciated.

Snooze the night away

Wow - they are serious about sleep. The pods are completely pitch black and basically no noise is tolerated in the rooms. The bedding and pod are great, they have chargers and everything you need. Common areas if the you need to make a phone call. Would recommend if you need a place just for sleep.

Location is great. When got to the hotel the code they sent me did not work. Took me 4 times before someone opened the door for me. Once I checked in it was easy and simple. However. They just told me your roomnis going to be 202. They did not told me that there was a bathroom inside the room and I used the one outside. Also, the shower had a lot of hair on the floor. It is nicely located, but thats about it.
