Hotel was located near all the highlights we wanted to see in NYC. Very clean and comfortable, with a great restaurant on site. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Will stay again when I go back to NYC.

Perfect Midtown stay

Great hotel within walking distance of restaurants and theater district. Nice size rooms with comfortable beds and updated bathroom. Highly recommended!

Actually, my mother passed away while we were on our way to Kixby. We had to turn around and drive home, vacation cancelled. Kixby was kind enough to refund us. For that I rate them excellent. Will never forget their compassion at this sad time, and hope to stay with them at another time!

Great location, just steps from the Empire State Building and only a short walk to Times Square. The rooftop area is a real highlight – the perfect spot to take in the city lights at night, with an unbeatable view of the Empire State Building right in front of you. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Facilities were excellent and everything was well looked after. Honestly, can’t fault the place – would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

Great location and great staff. Jose was especially kind and helpful with checking my bags. Room was small but quiet and spotless. Very nicely decorated. I slept like a baby.

The hotel is well located, and the room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. All the staff were friendly, even offering local tips and subway directions. We were on our honeymoon, and the hotel welcomed us with sparkling wine and chocolates. I highly recommend it.

Property is nicely rennovated. Street nois is a bit much. Nice complimentary reusable and refillable water bottles at the hotel. Water refill stations on the 2nd floor. Staff were responsive to our needs.
