Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Room was clean comfortable and a good size for city centre. Little luxuries included (robes, toiletries, umbrella, hair dryer, unlimited hot drinks). Brilliant location for sight seeing and easy for subway access. Black tap bar & restaurant was reasonably priced and good quality. Would definitely return. Excellent value for money!

I wound up ding taken to the hospital. Jose carefully collected my belongings and stored them for me. When it was possible to transfer the belongings to the hospital, Jose had a company with a fantastic price for the job. Can’t thank them enough for the extra effort.

Appreciated attentive staff, cleanliness, ok pillows & mattress, good shower, ample space in room, convenient safe, frig & traditional coat hangers. Their resort fees, aka junk fees should be illegal. Legislation is forthcoming to do that. They add $30& for each nite for ordinary services such as WiFi, water & coffee. To prevent guests being blindsided by these surprise fees, they should be transparent in the marketing before reservation is purchased.

Possibly the best value for a basic, clean, modern hotel room I've found in midtown. The room is the usual NY small affair but the bathroom is quite nice. The main attraction is the outstanding midtown location, ez walk to everything one comes there for
