There was dirt in the bathtub, the lamp shade was torn and ripped and the AC unit had a broken piece on the front that rattled all night. The sheets had stains on them.

The hotel is really convenient for local transport and local shops, cafe's and deli's. We stayed 10 nights and had a really good time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As the hotel is in a busy area, there is traffic noise through out the night. If you want quiet you may be better off asking for a room at the back. We didn't mind and could enjoy the street view instead. There are only two lifts/elevators, but we never waited more than a few minutes to access them. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again.

If I had the opportunity travel to NY again, I definitely stayed in this hotel. Love location, love Chelsea area, love the Italian pizza close to there Andiamo pizza.

The service was great..front desk was super nice and helpful all shifts. also you chat via email and the response is quick.only two downer.The room was very small m..smaller than I expected. The housekeeping rushed no vacuum and bathroom not clean all the way…. Overall it was a great stay
