Literally my favorite hotel to stay at in Singapore. Not only they offer cleaning services twice a day, the mini bar is free and refill daily. Don’t even get me started with their hilarious sandal slogan. Very easy to get to bugis and food

it was nice and ambience was lovely but no business center for guest use. Guests have to email their private documents to the concierge to be printed. Very concerning for security reasons.

Exceeded expectations. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Location was great. Metro below building. You could walk to a mall through the tunnels below. It was about half hour walk to marina bay. Service is impeccable. They let us check in early. Mini bar items were complimentary as well as infused water, expresso machines in the lobby. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had stayed at this property back in 2018 when I was in Singapore and knew I wanted to stay here again. The staff and quality of service has stood the test of time and it was a wonderful experience again. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful right from the beginning. Singapore was the bookends of my trip which also included going to Thailand. They held some of my bags (for no additional charge) until I returned so I would not have to travel with everything. The breakfast that is offered is wonderful. You can walk from room to room and get a taste of many different food options. The staff who work the breakfast were always on top of their game. I would recommend including it in your stay. The subway station is in the basement of the hotel which makes things extremely convenient to travel around Singapore and get to the different sites. My only negative critique of this property would be the gym. It is on the smaller side as far as hotel gyms go. So, when there were just a few people in there it felt very crowded.
