There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. I had four kids with me so this was reassuring and helped me relax into the drive with knowledge of safe and ‘pre warmed’ room. The ground floor room combo we enjoyed was simple and perfect for our needs. There was a baby crying sporadically next door but sound insulation was adequate and we all slept well. I’d recommend it to anyone.
