Game at Madison Gardens. Perfect location!! Excellent access to subway for museums etc too. Rooms small but very well set up, breakfast selections focused but tasty (and runs late to 11:00!), and lots of room. Nice small bar on site, plus snack store.

The pillows were just too flat and so not comfortable no matter how many I stacked together. The quenn bed was too firm for me yet I know this is subjective. I did appreciate very much the breakfast buffett. This alone could make thisblocation ideal for others.staff were helpful and very pleasant. Even had live music entertainment on Tuesday night. Remember, this is Ney York, rooms are small and space costs more.

I would stay here again

I chose this hotel because of location and price. I am pleasantly surprised, check in was quick. the woman at the desk was great, room is clean and comfortable . Everyone seems to trip over themselves to make sure your stay is a good experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and close to everything. The only downfall is the lobby is quite chaotic and loud. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Great location and the staff were very nice. We will stay there again in the future.

Good Hotel but noisy disrupted sleep!

Hotel itself was very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was much better than anticipated and had a great choice. Room was a good size and had everything that was needed. Only complaint is around noise. The AC unit in was unreasonably loud but worse than that was the slamming of doors. They were heavy and seemed to have no control. This resulted in being woken up many times during the night and therefore not restful at all.

Room design was ridiculous. Sofa faced closet/table/desk unit woth 18 inches of space for your feet if you chose to sit there. Very little room around the bed. Nice tv. Free breakfast was poor and chaotically crowded. Not worthy of Bonboy brand name.

After check in, room found to smell like cigarettes. Front desk changed our room and promised to deodorize for next guest. I have asthma so appreciated the employee being empowered to help. Also, extensive breakfast options appreciated. Room small byt clean and comfortable. Great quality and location for not exorbitant cost.

Great Hotel option

Great experience, hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. Bigger room than expected for manhattan and hot breakfast included was a big plus! Awesome location, very close to Penn station and MSG.

Wonderful hotel. Staff were so friendly. Rooms are small but decent sized. Beds comfy. Breakfast is great. Somewhat walkable and very close to subway so easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Great choice for midtown hotel

The location is great; close to Times Square and many sites of interest. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is terrific -- hot and cold options, lots of seating, and the staff is very quick to replace items that run out. King room was comfortable but a little small for anything more than a one or two night stay. No drawers for clothes which was inconvenient. But otherwise well appointed, with microwave and fridge, safe and great shower. Very quiet as well; never heard sirens or other street noise. Would definitely stay again, but perhaps try for a larger room -- one with two queen beds. Simply to have more room.
