False advertising.

The hotel was located in a bad part of Long Island city which they are currently revitalizing. It was very u safe to walk from just the subway to the hotel at night. On top of that there was construction which was never mentioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed for us to leave early due to everything. I blame false advertising by hotels.com for not being upfront about the conditions surrounding the hotel.

Great location! Super close to a subway station that is a direct way to and from JFK. Rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early. Would definitely stay here again.
