Our stay at Innside By Melia far exceeded our expectations and is honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. The staff is so courteous and accommodating, our room was clean, and the view from our room was beautiful. We arrived several hours before check-in and we were able to drop off our bags safely so we could begin exploring the city right away. They even e-mailed us prior to our 3pm check-in time to let us know our room was ready ahead of schedule. We are so thankful we chose this hotel for our first time in New York City. We can’t wait to visit again and now we know what our hotel choice will be. Thank you!

Soundproofing is essentially nonexistent here. I could clearly hear doors slamming and full hallway conversations from inside my room at all hours, which made it hard to rest. Hygiene was also a concern: on check-in, the pillows, duvet, and sheets had a strong greasy “scalp oil” odor. Housekeeping changed the linens, which helped only slightly. Over the next few days, the skin not covered by my pajamas (ears, neck, feet) became very itchy—something I’ve never experienced at other hotels; I even took antihistamines. This makes me question how towels and bedding are laundered. For a property charging around $500 per night, this fell far below expectations and is the poorest experience I’ve had at this price point. Management should audit housekeeping/linen handling and address the door/noise issue. I would not return and can’t recommend it until these basics are fixed.

This is a nice hotel near The Garden, perfect if you're going to an event there. Just a reminder if you choose a lower floor you will hear the sound of the city pretty much all night long. The room was clean, nothing extravagant, but nice. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom is on the small side. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
